The applicant proposes to
install approximately 100 linear feet of stacked heavy stone to
protect the Cronk Road embankment along Shequaga Creek. Construction will be
performed using heavy machinery from the roadway and the stream will be temporarily
diverted from the work area using a 3 foot diameter pipe. The project is located on the
south bank of Shequaga Creek in the Town of Dix, approximately 2000 feet east of Route
414.

The Department proposes
to transfer the SPDES permit for the Crooked Pines Golf and
Swim Club (formerly known as the Marvin Country Club), located at 1148 Wayneport
Road in the Town of Macedon, from Ed Marvin Enterprises Inc. to Sharman Properties
Inc. to discharge 11,200 gallons per day of treated sanitary sewage from the septic tank
and sand filter. In addition, the permit will be renewed for a five year permit term. The
draft permit is available for review and comment at the regional office.
