maintainance dredge silt from an area 50' x 50' x 4'deep at the
end of the marina boat launch and silt and stone from an old spoil island measuring 150' x
100' x 4' deep offshore from the marina entrance. The site is located in Blind Bay, St.
Lawrence River, 2.4 miles northwest of the hamlet of Chippewa Bay. The site is in the
adjacent area of regulated freshwater wetland CB-7, a 29 acre Class II emergent marsh.
