The applicant proposes to construct a 16' x 20' storage garage at his residence on County Route 155, approximately 3.6 miles south of Watertown.  The garage would be 25' into the regulated 100' buffer area of regulated freshwater wetland W-7, a 25 acre Class III predominately wooded wetland.

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to maintainance dredge silt from an area 50' x 50' x 4'deep at the end of the marina boat launch and silt and stone from an old spoil island measuring 150' x 100' x 4' deep offshore from the marina entrance.  The site is located in Blind Bay, St. Lawrence River, 2.4 miles northwest of the hamlet of Chippewa Bay.  The site is in the adjacent area of regulated freshwater wetland CB-7, a 29 acre Class II emergent marsh.
