The Village of Bayville proposes to improve the drainage system and treat the stormwater discharge in the Valentine Beach area roadway system.  The improvements include three new outfalls each with a rip-rap apron, new drainage piping and a series of leaching basins, stormceptor units and a bubbler catch basin.  A single stone revetment is also proposed along Creek Road.  The drainage work is bounded by Mountian & Godfrey Avenues & Mill Neck Creek in the Village of Bayville, Nassau County.   

The applicant is proposing to construct a 20' wide x 670' long stone revetment, on grade, immediately adjacent to a vegetated tidal wetland.  The project will include the placement of approximately 670 linear feet of 200 to 500 pound stone, as well as approximately 650 cubic yards of upland sand, with plantings.  The close proximity of the proposed action to the vegetated tidal wetland  is expected to have a negative impact on the wetland.  The stated purpose of the proposed project is to protect the upland roads from flooding during extreme storm events.  The property is located on Montecito Drive (NCTM # 28-68 lots 1-26 & 38), Centre Island, in the Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, NY.

The applicant proposes to construct 99 linear feet of bulkhead 25" seaward of the existing bulkhead, place 50 cubic yards of backfill, and construct a 3.5' x 3.5' platform off the new bulkhead with access steps to the beach.  The property is located at 275 Kings Point Road, East Hampton, County of Suffolk, on Gardiners Bay.

The applicant proposes to improve stream flow and erosion control at four separate but nearby locations. Overall project activity will remove sediment; improve fish passage; control erosion; improve and maintain stream flow.  Sediment collection areas with ready access for maintenance purposes will be created.  Native wetland plantings will be established.  The project is located in the vicinity of Stony Hollow Creek and Route 25A in Northport, just north of the Betty Allen Twin Ponds Nature Preserve.   

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) drafted a permit modification .In addition, a draft Statement of Basis (SB) documents the procedures undertaken to arrive at the proposed corrective measures. The Request for RCRA Permit Modification is for Sites 1 (Northeast Pond Area), 9 (ECM Area), 10A (Jet Fuel Lab) and the Agricultural Outlease Parcel. The Statement of Basis for Remedy Selection is for Site 10A and the Agricultural Outlease Parcel.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 13.45 acre parcel into 6 lots, the smallest lot being 1.99 acres.  Lot 1 has an existing single family dwelling and garage.  Lots 2 and 3 each have an existing single family dwelling.  Lots 4, 5 and 6 have no construction proposed at this time.  A 16 foot wide paved private road is proposed along the adjacent lot lines of lots 1, 3, 5, and 6.  The project is located on the north side of Bay Road at the intersect of Shinnecock Bay and Stone Creek, Incorporated Village of Quogue, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, SCTM #902-6-1-18.1.

Applicant proposes to apply the aquatic pesticides SONAR PR and SONAR Q over a 5 acre plot of Donahue Pond to control invasive Fanwort. Donahue Pond lies within the Central Pine Barrens, the NYSDEC regulated Peconic River Corridor and is a NYSDEC regulated wetland. The project is located on River Road, Manorville.
