CHG&E herbicide request
is for vegetation management along electric transmission line
rights of way, which include portions in NYS DEC freshwater wetlands. Selective foliar
application of Accord at 5% solution and Arsenal at 0.5% used in wetlands to control
woody vegetation along electric transmission line rights of way. Portions of DEC
wetlands include:
Ulster County: CD-49, CD-50,
CD-12, CD-22, GA-8, KE-8, KD-10, GR-2, GR-10, WD-1, E-16, R-28.
Dutchess County: KE-27.
Greene County: F-4,
