Erie County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Springville, as lead agency has determined that the proposed replacement of 10,000 ft. of undersized waterlines along various Village streets as detailed below, upgrades at the Village's existing water treatment plant and the acquisition of 3.8 acres of land and the construction of a new drinking water storage tank on Nason Blvd. in the Village will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves:
1.)Replacement of 10,000 ft. of existing undersized waterline along the following Village Streets: Waverly St., Railroad West to Commerce Drive, East Avenue, Main Street south to end, all of Edgewood, North Edgewood & South Edgewood Drive.
2.) Water Treatment Plant Upgrade : includes installation of two 450 GPM pressure filters with chemical feed systems and controls, a 3200 sq. ft. garage and office area and 960 sq. ft. pole barn and required site work.
3.) Acquisition of 3.8 acres of land and the erection of a 0.75 million pre-stressed concrete water storage tank and new booster pump station on the north end of Woodland Heights. Construction of approx. 1,400 LF of 12” ductile iron pipe along Woodland Heights to Franklin St., 1,200 LF of ductile iron pipe along North Cascade Drive form West Main Street to Transit Road and the installation of 12” ductile iron pipe on Main Street from South Cascade Street to Cochran St.

Wyoming County - The Village of Gainesville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed application for a use variance will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for a Use Variance to stable six (6) horses on property identified as 5149 Lamont Road, in the Village of Gainesville, also know as SBL# 133.20-1-15, which is located in a residential single-family district.
