Project Description:
The Department has made a tentative determination to approve an application for an existing drum mix asphalt plant. In addition, the plant takes deliveries of fuel oil to operate the combustion sources. The applicant proposes to limit the production of asphalt at the facility to less than 400,000 tpy in order to cap out of Title V requirements. The facility will maintain oxides of nitrogen emissions below 22.5 tons per year.
