The applicant proposes to
install a 6 foot wide by 215 foot long dock with 14 - 6 feet
wide by 20 foot long fingers. This floating docking facility will accommodate a total of
28 boats in conjunction with the proposed Lakeside Condominiums project. Dock will be
secured seasonally to six 6 foot diameter concrete anchors that will be permanently
placed in the Great Sacandaga Lake.
The project is located on
the west shore of the Great Sacandaga Lake on County Road
152, in the town of Northampton, Fulton County.
