Erie County - The Town of Tonawanda, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Two Mile Creek Drainage and Dupont and Desmond Drainage and Kenmore Sawyer Drainage Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves:

Two Mile Creek Drainage Improvements

1. Replacement of six recreational bridges within the Sheridan Golf
Course. 2. Stabilization of creek bank.
3. Evaluate two existing highway bridges.

Dupont Desmond Drainage Improvement

1. Replacement and upsizing existing storm sewers.
2. Installation of new storm sewers where required.

Niagara County - The Town of Cambria, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Cambria Nature Trails will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves preparation and development of a nature trail system in the wooded wetland area of a parcel owned by the Town of Cambria. Trails in wetland area will have a wood chip surface and be constructed with minimal disturbance. Gravel access road, parking area and interpretive structure to be constructed in non-wetland areas. The project is located at 3945 Upper Mountain Road, Town of Cambria, Niagara County, New York.

Niagara County - The Town of Wheatfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Colvin Woods Medical Office Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a medical office park on 14.45 acres of land on Colvin Boulevard Extension, which will consist of 11 commercial building lots, with an access roadway (approximately 1300 linear feet) and associated infrastructure. The project is located on the north side of Colvin Boulevard Extension in the Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County, New York, and is bordered on its westerly side by the easterly border of the City of Niagara Falls.
