ENB Region 7 Completed Applications 04/05/2006

To conduct mosquio control pesticide application program in three phases.  The phases will include:

1.    Application of the pesticide Altosid Liquid Larvicide by truck mounted sprayer     augamented by packpacks and wands,

2.    Application of one Altosid XR Extended Residual Briquet to each of the City's +/- 2000         drainage inlets, and

3.    Application by the ultra low volume sprayer of the pesticide Scourge.  Pesticides will be         applied along various roads and drainages within the City of Oneida, including areas         containing DEC - protected wetlands ON-8, ON-11 and ON-13.

The applicant proposes to install a complete water supply and distribution system to serve the West Elbridge Water District, and take a supply of water with an estimated average of 26,000 gallons per day for use in this system by a connection to existing facilities of the Village of Jordan (source of water is Skaneateles Lake).  Included with this proposal is the installation of approximately 11,000 LF of 8" diameter ductile iron water main, and a water pressure boosting pump station, along NYS Rte 5, Wheeler & Chamberlin Roads and Dodier Drive, located in the Town of Elbridge, which comprises the new water district.
