Cayuga County - The Village of Aurora, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Village of Aurora Street Improvement Project - 2006 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation of pavement surfacing along Wells Road, Dublin Hill Road, Cherry Avenue, Court Street, and the western end of Lafayette Street. Catch basins located along the abovementioned roads will also be replaced to improve drainage. Approximately 220 feet and 250 feet of new concrete sidewalk will be installed along the west side of NYS Route 90 and the western end of Lafayette Street, respectively. New sidewalks and parking spaces along the south side of Lafayette Street are also proposed. Finally a full reconstruction of Orchard Lane including roadway subbase, pavement, curbing, and catch basins is proposed for this project.

Oswego County - The Town of Hastings, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 11 North/Fuller Road Water District - Phase C will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of approximately 53,750 linear feet of 8-inch and 3,850 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances. The water mains will be located along US Route 11, Enterprise Avenue, County Route 32, Ball Road, Pierce Road, JCA Road, Schilly Road, County Route 4, County Route 18, Sauter Road, Goettel Road, County Route 33, New York State Route 49, and Pangborn Road.

Tompkins County - The New York State Energy Research & Development Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Installation of a 10 kW Wind Generator by Renovus Energy - Hewitt Property will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a 10 kilowatt wind turbine atop a 120 ft. tower at 146 Bird Cemetery Road in Groton, NY. The tower, which will be affixed to the ground using guy wires, will stand a total of 131.7 ft.
