Project Description:
The applicant is requesting permission to treat Copake Lake during the 2006 season by applying Aquathol  Super K on up to 40 acres of the lake to treat Curlyleaf Pondweed and Eurasian Watermilfoil and copper sulfate to prevent algae bloom conditions from developing.  Application of Aquathol Super K is planned in early May 2006 and copper sulfate is planned for June and August 2006 (if required).

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to improve an existing farm path to a residential driveway.  As per the applicants proposal, the work will entail filling 1/10th of an acre (approximately 4100 sq. ft.), of NYS Freshwater Wetland ST-34, with approximately 350 cubic yards of gravel.  In addition the applicant proposes to excavate and create an additional 4900 sq. ft. of wetland southwest of the proposed driveway to off-set the placement of the fill for the driveway.
