The applicant proposes to
install a septic system for an existing retail store. The system is
designed to serve the store staff and is planned to consist of a 1,000 gallon septic tank and
a 25 ft by 28 ft stone leach field. The septic tank location is in the regulated 100-foot
wide Adjacent Area of Freshwater Wetland No. CY-13. The project site is at the
northwest corner of North Road and Main Street.
