Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Arbor Hill Homes Phase 3B will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Albany Housing Authority regarding ten (1) parcels totaling 0.41-acres located at 38-40, 42-52, and 45-47 N. Swan Street seeking Site Plan Approval, Use Variances, Area Variances, and a Parking Lot Permit to allow for the construction of eight (8) mixed-use buildings with ground floor commercial and residential use in second and third floors. The applicants also propose a nine (9)-car parking lot. The properties are located in a C-1 Neighborhood Commercial zoning district. The properties are located in the Ten Broeck Historic District, 38-40, 42-52, and 45-47 N. Swan Street.
