construction of a 60' x 48' two slip boathouse and storage structure; install approximately
185' of steel sheetpiling along the shoreline and inland boatslips; plus dredge
approximately 820 cubic yards of sediment from a 50' x 88' area waterward of the
proposed boathouse along Iroquois Island in the St. Lawrence River.

The applicant proposes to
install approximately 130 linear feet of heavy stone fill on the
bank of Sauquoit Creek, a standards C(T) stream, to cover an exposed gas pipeline.
Additionally heavy stone will be used to construct a V shaped pool digger that will
function as a stream channel grade stabilization structure to protect the pipeline stream
crossing immediately upstream.
