The County of Franklin Solid
Waste Managemnet Authority (CFSWMA) has requested a
modification to the Part 360 Solid Waste Management Facility permit for the Franklin
County Regional Landfill located on County Route 20 in the Towns of Westville and
Constable. The CFSWMA seeks an increase in the permitted annual limit of municicpal
solid waste accepted at the landfill from 43,500 tons per year to 125,000 tons per year.
