The applicant proposes to remove and replace landward of the existing bulkhead 46 linear feet of bulkhead; construct 34 linear feet of bulkhead 2 ft. seaward of the existing bulkhead with a 2 ft. return; raise the elevation of the entire new bulkhead 18"; dredge 10 ft. seaward of the replacement bulkhead to a maximum depth of 4 ft. below mean low water with resultant 25 cubic yards of dredged material to be used as backfill; remove existing floats and install a 4 ft. x 6 ft. platform, ramp, and a 6 ft. x 20 ft. float with two 3 ft. x 16 ft. finger floats secured by pilings.  The project is located at 340 Roosevelt Avenue, Freeport, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau on Randall Bay.

Applicant proposes to increase the well yield from an existing irrigation well (N-13528) from 45 gallons per minute to 50 gallons per minute. The 4" diameter well is installed at a depth of 350 feet  with an estimated daily pumpage of 15,000 gallons.  The property is located at 305 Wheatly Road, Old Westbury, Town of Oyster Day

Applicant proposes to construct one 20" x 10" diameter public supply well rated at 1,300 gallons per minute.  The well will be installed to an approximate depth of 620 feet and be located at the Seatuck Avenue well field, Eastport, Town of Brookhaven

The applicant proposes to construct and operate a recyclables handling and recovery and construction and demolition debris processing facility on a .44 acre (19,000 sq. ft.) site. The facility will handle 600 cubic yards per day of commingled recyclables and construction and demolition debris waste stream for recyclables including asphalt, cardboard, concrete, metals, masonry products, rock, soil, wood, paper and construction and Demolition debris.  The site is located at 129 Dale St., West Babylon, Town of Babylon.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with attached garage, a paved driveway, a sanitary system, and 78 linear feet of bulkhead at apparent high water with a 2 ft. return and 40 cubic yards of backfill.  The dwelling is proposed within 42 ft. of the tidal wetland boundary and the sanitary system within 83 ft. of the tidal wetland boundary and the applicant has requested variances from the required 75 ft. setback for structures and 100 ft. setback for the sanitary system.  The property is located at Trafalgar Drive, Shirley, Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk, SCTM 200-983.2-9-41 and 200-983.3-1-8.

The applicant proposes to excavate the existing sump located at the intersection of Lincoln Road and Monroe Drive ( SCTM # 300-70-4-23, NYSDEC FWW,MP-28) to increase storm water retention and reduce flooding of the roadway.  The sump will be excavated to 6' below the current grade at the proposed ponds boundary line and replanted with native vegetation. A sediment basin will be constructed directly adjacent to the excavated sump and a 24" pipe will extend 60 feet under Lincoln Road to connect the sump to the existing wetland across the street.
