Washington County - The Board of Trustees of the Village of Hudson Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the Local Law No. 1 of 2006 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a comprehensive revision to the entire Zoning Law of the Village of Hudson Falls and replaces the Chaptedr 215 of the Village Code in it entirety.

Essex County - The Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Map Amendment 2005-8 (Hough/Town of St. Armand). The action involves amendment of the Official Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map in the Town of St. Armand, Essex County (Map Amendment 2005-8) to reclassify from Resource Management to Hamlet an approximately 160 acre parcel located westerly of Main Street, near the settlement of Bloomingdale, pursuant to the Adirondack Park Agency Act, Section 805 (2)(c)(1). The project is located in Town of St. Armand, Essex County.
