Rensselaer County - The Planning Board, Town of North Greenbush, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Van Rensselaer Square Project - Site Plan Approval for a retail facility of up to 252,000 sf at Routes 4 & 43, in the Town of North Greenbush will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for Site Plan approval submitted by Van Rensselaer Square LLC for a retail plaza at NYS Route 43 and NYS Route 4 (Tax Map Parcel No. 145.00-7-1.1) in a Planned Commercial Zoning District with up to five buildings having a total of 252,500 square feet, on a 35 acre +/- site including construction/installation of roads, utilities, public water and sewer, parking and related amenities. The proposed Van Rensselaer Square Project is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of NYS Route 4 and NYS Route 43 in the Town of North Greenbush, County of Rensselaer, State of New York.
