The applicant proposes to subdivide a 32.6 acre parcel located on Oregon Road in the Town of Southold (SCTM:  1000-095-01-05).  The property lies approximately 1/2 mile west of Duck Pond Road.  Five new parcels would be created measuring 2.07, 4.36, 1.18, 1.24 and 23.75 acres.  The four smaller lots would be developed, while development rights to the largest parcel would be sold to the Town of Southold.  However, no construction or other disturbance is proposed under this application.
