Town of Southold (SCTM: 1000-095-01-05). The property lies approximately 1/2 mile

1.24 and 23.75 acres. The four smaller lots would be developed, while development
rights to the largest parcel would be sold to the Town of Southold. However, no
construction or other disturbance is proposed under this application.
