New Notices for ENB Issue of January 4, 2006: 1

Mirant Bowline, LLC; - Proposes to renew and modify the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("SPDES") Permit of the Bowline Generating Station, Units 1 & 2 ("Bowline").

Legislative hearing sessions to receive unsworn statements from the public on the application and the draft permit, described above, will be held at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on February 14, 2006. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference is scheduled to be held at 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on February 15, 2006.
