The applicant proposes to
develop a Business Park on NY Route 28 south of the Village
of Richfield Springs. The project consists of a three lot subdivision for light
industries,offices or warehousing with approximately1,100 feet of paved access road and
roadside ditches. A sewer line crossing of Oquinanis Creek is also proposed. The project
will impact approximately 0.8 acres of freshwater wetland. The Project includes a
wetland mitigation plan that would replace the impacted wetland on a one to one basis.

No further review in accordance with SHPA is required. | |
