Project Description: The action involves a subdivision creating four lot shoreline lots of which three lots (Lot 1, 3.6 acres, Lot 2, 3.8 acres, and Lot 3, 4.3 acres) are subject to Agency review jurisdiction due to the presence of wetlands on them. The shoreline portion of Lot 4 is a non-jurisdictional lot. A single family dwelling served by on-site wastewater treatment and water supply facilities is to be constructed on each lot. Access to the lots from South Shore Road will be along a proposed common access road. The jurisdictional subdivision also includes the creation of four lots on the south side of South Shore Road which will be conveyed as part of the four shoreline lots and on which no new land use or development is proposed.
