New Notices for ENB Issue of December 28, 2005: 1

Roanoke Sand & Gravel Corp.has applied to NYSDEC for renewal of a Mined Land Reclamation Permit to mine and process sand and gravel within a total area of 274 acres during the life of mine in accordance with plans and reports specified in the current permit.

A legislative hearing session on the application will be held to receive unsworn statements from the public on February 2, 2006 at 7:00pm. Written comments may also be filed with the Department which must be postmarked by February 2, 2006.
