Development of a 14 lot
residential subdivision on a 145 acre parcel of land located
between Weast and Reynolds Roads in the Town of Princetown, Schenectady County.
Direct wetland impacts associated with this development are totaled to be 0.15+/- acres,
while total adjacent area impacts have been totaled to be +/- 1.76 acres. As mitigation of
wetland impacts, 91 +/- acres of deed restricted "Open Space" will be created within
the
proposed lots to further protect the remaining on-site wetlands and upland habitat areas.
