access to the boat house, 38 cubic yards of material will be dredged from the lake bottom
and shoreline. In addition the applicant proposes to rip-rap 225 feet of shoreline.

The applicant proposes to
develop a 9.75 acre sand and gravel mine on a 62.2 acre parcel
owned by Bradley and Eleanor Farr, Main Street, Natural Bridge, New York 13665.
Access to the site will be immediately west of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. The
mine site is approximately 1500' north of New York State Route 3 (Main Street). There
is evidence of some past mining on this site. Mining will take place using a front end
loader and dump trucks. On site processing may occur using a portable dry processing
plant. No Saturaday operation is proposed.
