The Department has prepared
a draft permit in response to the applicant's request to
renew the expired SPDES permit for the wastewater treatment system that serves the
school. The treated wastewater discharge to an unnamed class C tributary of Crum Creek
will remain at 6,000 gallons per day maximum and all prior effluent limits remain
unchanged.
