The applicant proposes to
stabilize an eroded road that leads to a barge loading dock, on
their property in the Town of Catskill, Greene County. Plans to stabilize the roadway,
include the placement of approximately 1,800 cy of rip rap along 2,245 linear ft of
existing roadway. The project will fill 0.97 acres within the 100 ft buffer of a New York
State Freshwater Wetland HS-101, of which 0.47 acres are on the shore of the hudson
river.
