New Notices for ENB Issue of December 7, 2005: 1

Mirant Bowline, LLC; - Purposes to renew and modify the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("SPDES") Permit of the Bowline Generating Station, Units 1 & 2 ("Bowline").

Legislative hearing sessions to receive unsworn statements from the public on the application and the draft permit, described above, will be held at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on January 31, 2006.
