Jefferson County - The Town of Hounsfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Storrs Road Extension to Town of Hounsfield Water District No. 2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves extension of a Water District to provide potable water to properties within the extended District boundaries. Construction of a Water Distribution System would include the installation of approximately 9,670 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron pipe (DIP) water mains, 9,790 lineal feet of 3/4-inch diameter copper water service laterals, forty (40) 3/4-inch diameter curb and corporation stop assemblies, forty (40) water meters, seven (7) 8-inch diameter gate valves, and twelve (12) fire hydrants. The system would provide a safe and reliable source of water to users. The project is located in the Town of Hounsfield, Storrs Road and Hess Shores Road.

St Lawrence County - The Potsdam Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Potsdam Central School District Expansion Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves redeveloping the existing school facility by providing improved storm water management, parking, pedestrian/vehicular circulation, and additional educational space. Work includes infrastructure (roof/utility), building construction, and related site work (parking, sidewalks, storm water management, athletic improvements and landscaping). Athletic improvements include the renovation of an existing track facility, field events, new bleachers, press box, multipurpose field and stadium lighting. A portion of this project also includes upgrading the existing fire hydrant building coverage to meet present code.
