Project Description: Regulated wetland activity which the project sponsor proposes to stock triploid sterile grass carp in McCavanaugh Pond, Powderhouse Pond, Dickman Pond 1 and Dickman Pond 2. A total of 258 sterile grass carp will be distributed in the four ponds. All ponds are privately owned and maintained by McCavanuagh Pond Club, Inc. The primary objective of the stocking is to control the spread of aquatic plants and improve habitat for brook trout.
