Pursuant to subdivision 5 of Section 23-1101 of the Environmental Conservation Law, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation hereby gives public notice of the following:
The Department has determined that public bids for the leasing of parcels of State land totaling 15.19 acres underlying State Route 14 and 3.95 acres underlying State Route 14A in the Town of Reading, Schuyler County, New York, for oil and natural gas production is unreasonable and impracticable.
The Department intends to lease such lands to EOG Resources, Inc. for such purpose.

Steuben County - The Village of Savona Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Savona Water System will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. Yates County - The Town Board of the Town of Italy, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Amendment to the Town Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town Board to appropriately consider proposed zoning regulations or the directed uses of lands in the Town and controlled development of those lands. The project is located townwide.

Monroe County - The Board of Education of the Penfield Central School District, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed District-wide Additions and Alterations to Penfield Central School District Buildings and Facilities. The action involves the following:
Penfield High School - Science Room Addition – approximately 20,000 SF Cafeteria Addition – approximately 4,000 sf Auditorium – Demolish existing and construct new with net add of 10,000 sf Refurbish existing athletic fields New all weather track New artificial turf field New concession stand, bleachers and press box New irrigation at seven fields Additional parking
Bay Trail Middle School - Classroom and administration additions – approximately 40,000 sf Library and Media Center – approximately 8,500 sf Corridors and links – approximately 5,500 sf Additional parking and one new access road (shared with Scribner Elementary School) Parent Drop-Off loop
Transportation Facility - Construction of new Transportation Facility (bus garage and offices) of approximately 15,000 sf at existing site
Maintenance Facility - Construction of new Maintenance Facility of approximately 6,000 sf at District-owned property on Atlantic Avenue
