The action involves Compatible Growth Area Hardship Application to clear a 21.45 acre site that is zoned A-2 residential for agricultural use. The project is located at 216 South Street, west of Dayton Avenue, Manorville, Town of Brookhaven, New York.

Suffolk County - The Town of Riverhead Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plans of Riverhead Enterprises and Jeffrey Rimland will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves four site plan petitions for two five story residential and commercial structures of 112, 169 and 129,000 sq. ft., a five story 165 unit condominium complex and a six story retail and residential building along with their related site improvements on four separate sites consisting of approximately 3.26 acres of land zoned Downtown Center-1 (Main Street). The project is located on the north and south sides of East Main Street between Roanoke and McDermott Avenues.
