The applicant proposes to
convert approximately 4020 square feet of existing lawn area
into approximately 2614 square feet of impervious surfaces within the regulated adjacent
area of Freshwater Wetland GR-22. The project includes the construction of a single
family residence, driveway, deck and the return of approximately 1406 square feet of the
disturbed area to lawn. The proposed residence will be located at the site of a previously
removed cottage on the south side of Edgemere Drive on Round Pond in the Town of
Greece.

City of Canandaigua, Ontario County.
