Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Applicant proposes to construct a 5 foot earthen impoundment across a tributary to Snake Creek to restore a former beaver pond.  The impoundment structure will cover approx. 0.25 acres of existing state wetland PI-9 with an impoundment area of 2.2 acres and an additional impact of 2.5 acres for a borrow pit/wetland restoration and overflow area.  No protected species have been identified at this site.  Project plans are available for review in the Syracuse Office.
