Albany County - Notice is hereby given that the New York State Office of General Services has declared that a former parking lot located at the Harriman State Office Campus on 12.6 acres of land along the North Access Ring Road, located in the City of Albany, County of Albany, is no longer useful for State office program purposes and has been declared abandoned to the Commissioner of General Services for sale or other disposition as appropriated State land. This abandonment was approved September 21, 2005.

Albany County - The Cohoes Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rite Aid Pharmacy Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a one-story 14,564 square foot Rite Aid Pharmacy. The proposed action will be located on a vacant parcel at 308 Ontario Street (State Route 470) in the City of Cohoes. The site is approximately 1.29 acres in size and is located wholly within a district that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The proposed action will provide for fifty-three (53) off-street parking spaces. The project is located at 308 Ontario Street, Cohoes, NY.
