New Notices for ENB Issue of October 12, 2005: 1

International Paper Company (Ticonderoga Mill) - The applicant, International Paper Company (IP) has applied for a modification of its Air Pollution Control Title V Permit to conduct a two week trial burn to evaluate the use of tire derived fuel as an alternate fuel source for the mill’s power boiler.

A legislative hearing for the receipt of public comments on the modification application will be held on November 9, 2005.
