approximately 1,600 feet of the banks of the Westkill in the Town of Lexington. The
banks of the Westkill, on the applicants property, have become badly eroded and unstable
over the past several flooding events. Additional work to repair failing bridge abutments
has previously been authorized under General Permit GP- 4-05-002.

Applicant proposes to construct
a 192 residential apartment complex consisting of eight
three-story, 24 unit, buildings, with associated grading, utilities and site work on a 26.44
acre parcel. The project will cause unavoidable impacts of +/- 0.05 acres of Federal
jurisdictional wetlands and +/- 1.95 acres of New York State Freshwater Wetland S-115
adjacent area. Wetland impacts are associated with the construction of a road crossing,
stormwater management areas and parking. The project is located on Campbell Rd, just
norteast of Rotterdam Square, in the Town of Rotterdam, Schenectady County.
