Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Sardinia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Sardinia Zoning Ordinance - Chapter 115 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the repeal of the existing Town Zoning Ordinance - Chapter 115 and adoption of new zoning ordinance and accompanying zoning map/zoning overlay distant maps. The new zoning ordinance was prepared in accordance with the Town's Comprehensive Plan and adopted by the town in 2003 and replaces the current zoning ordinance originally adopted in 1969. The project is located in the Town of Sardinia.

Wyoming County - The Town of Covington Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Delavergne Met Tower 158 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves applications submitted by Zilkha Renewable Energy to place a temporary meteorological tower on property owned by Dennis Delavergne, located at 7482 Dendall Road, being SBL# 51.-1-27, to study the area's wind resource to determined if it is suitable for commercial wind energy development.

The project is located at 6803 Lagrange Road, Town of Covington.
