Monroe County - The County of Monroe, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Black Creek Park Wetland Creation and Ball Fields will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of approximately 13 acres of wetland in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland CI-13 within Black Creek County Park. Material removed during construction of the wetland will be used to construct multi-purpose ball fields, and associated parking, in the southern part of the Park. The project is located Union Street and Morgan Road, Town of Chili.

Monroe County - The Irondequoit Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed, construction of a Target store at the Medley Centre will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves subdividing the existing Medley Centre (formerly the Irondequoit Mall) site to create a 9 acre interior lot to build a 127,000 square foot, free-standing, one story Target store.
The project requires a Special Use Permit, Site Plan and Subdivision approvals and amendment of the Town’s Zoning Code to establish a minimum parking ratio for shopping centers exceeding 300,000 square feet of Gross Leasable Area (GLA).
The subject site is currently leased as a temporary parking lot by Rochester General Hospital and is located between IHOP/Holiday Inn Express and Kaufman’s store. The store will be accessed via the existing shopping center ring road, with the store entrance facing north while the loading docks will face Rte. 104 on the south side. The project is located at 285 Medley Centre Parkway, Town of Irondequoit.

The action involves a major subdivision, for a 66-unit, single-family attached residential development, located on 18 acres. The project is located at 156 Stewart Place, Canandaigua, New York.

Steuben County - The Town Board of the Town of Corning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wayne Swartz Rezoning may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a change of zone from R-1 Residence, rural, low density, to B-2 Highway Business for approximately 13.5 acres along River Road to the Chemung River and from R-1 Residence, rural, low density, to l-Industrial for approximately 25 acres of property on River Road at Brown Hollow Road in the Town of Corning.
