Project Description: The action involves a proposal to operate a commercial sand and gravel extraction having a Life of Mine area of 3.6 acres and a 1.4 acre waste disposal area to be used solely by the applicant as part of his contracting business to dispose of land clearing debris (“stump dump”). The extraction will involve the removal of an average 5,000 cubic yards (7,500 cubic yards maximum) of sand and gravel annually. Material processing will include the use of a vibratory screening plant. Uncontaminated land clearing debris (trees, stumps, slash, rock, soil, concrete, asphalt, brick and glass) only will be disposed of by the applicant at the waste disposal area. Both operations will occur Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and operate annually from April normally into December. An average of 2 loaded truck trips (20 maximum) are projected to occur on a daily basis.

Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 57.86± acres into five lots thereby creating three new building lots and two lots to be retained by the applicants. The proposed new building lots are: Lot 1 - 2.58± acres, Lot 2 - 2.66± acres and Lot 3 - 2.62± acres. The two lots to be retained are Lot 4 23± acres and Lot 5 27± acres. One new single family dwelling with on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems is proposed for each of the three new building lots (i.e. lots 1, 2, and 3). Lots 4 and 5 both have frontage on Kellum Pond. No new land use and development is proposed for Lot 4 or Lot 5 as part of this permit and no deeded or contractual access to Kellum Pond is proposed for lots 1, 2, and 3.

Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 64.81± acres into eight lots, thereby creating eight new building lots ranging in size from 4.98± acres to 16.12± acres. One new single family dwelling with on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems is proposed for each of the eight new building lots. Access to lots 1 - 7 will be from NYS Route 9 via a proposed subdivision road and successive easements and in the case of Lot 1 a right-of-way across Lot 2. Access to Lot 8 will be from the Trout Pond Road.
