construct a 200' long x 12' wide x 3' high dike with 12'
overflow spillway across a finger of regulated freshwater wetland M-14, a 241 acre Class
II wetland associated with Vrooman Creek. The project would maintain shallow open
water marsh habitat. The site is approximately three miles west of Oxbow, 1,000' south
of Vrooman Creek Road (County Route 22) and 1,500' east of Hull Road.
