As part of the Crosspoint
Business Park Phase II Mitigation Measures, it is proposed to
rehabilitate pavement and widen North French Road and the I-990 Northbound Exit
Ramp in the regulated 100 foot wide adjacent area of the North French-Millersport (TE-18) Wetland, and
to rehabilitate pavement on North French Road in the regulated 100
foot wide adjacent area of the Millersport-French (CC-18) Wetland. New storm sewers
are proposed under the widened lanes. New traffic signal wiring is also proposed to be
installed under the roadway or adjacent to the roadway. The TE-18 is a class II wetland
and the CC-18 Wetland is a class I wetland.

Installation of three rock
riprap riffles in a 330 lineal foot reach of Clear Creek located
about 2,260 feet southeast (upstream) of the Main Street (NYS Route 39) bridge in the
Village of Arcade. In addition to the installation of the rock riffles to improve fish
habitat, Streamco Willow will be planted along the east bank of Clear Creek to provide
stronger bank protection between the riffles.
