skim a 100 foot x 50 foot gravel bar and remove woody debris
within Wynkoop Creek. The purpose is to prevent further erosion and flooding of the
property and home of the applicant. The project includes the moving of the existing bar,
approximately 555 cubic yards of gravel, and using the excavated material to fill eroded
voids in the stream bank. The low flow channel will be maintained and disturbed areas
will be seeded and mulched. The project is located on Wynkoop Creek approximately
400 feet northeast of the intersection of Wynkoop and Hogback Roads.

construct a 4.7-mile multi-use trail beginning at the Irondequoit
Bay Marine Park in the Town of Irondequoit and extending westward to the Genesee
River. The project will generally follow Culver Road through Durand Eastman Park to
and along Lake Shore Boulevard, St. Paul Boulevard, onto Pattonwood Drive connecting
to the sidewalk system at the the O'Rourke Bridge. The proposed project includes
earthwork (excavation and embankment), landscaping, signage, drainage, as well as
erosion and sedimentation controls. The project also includes a boardwalk through New
York State Regulated Freshwater Wetland RH-12 (Class I), Tamarack Swamp, and its
associated 100-foot adjacent area.

monitoring and reporting requirements. This permit involves the surface discharge of up
to 5,400 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Meads Creek.
