Project Description:
The applicant proposes to add an additional 585 lineal feet of riprap to the 900 lineal feet that has been installed along the west bank of the Genesee River, downstream of the confluence of Cold Creek at Fillmore.  The additional riprap would extend downstream, beginning at the south end of the installed riprap.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency:
None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
Opportunity for Public Comment:
Comments on this project must be submitted in writing to the Contact Person no later than Sep 30 2005.

The applicant proposes to install a concrete retaining wall along about 265 lineal feet of the north bank and 325 lineal feet of the south bank of Black Creek.  The project is located immediately downstream (east) of West Lake Road (NYS Route 394) and about 70 feet from the stream's mouth at Chautauqua Lake.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes construction of a 165 foot quarrystone revetment and regraded slope at 629 Lake Road in the Town of Porter, Niagara County, to control erosion of the bluff and provide protection of the single family dwelling situated on the property. A walkway will be  built perpendicular to the shore. The project will tie into an existing riprap project at the east of the property and the west end will tie back into the bank.

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.
SEQR Lead Agency:
NYS Department of Environmental Conservation
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
