Construction of a new 50'
x 80' building (cement pad and steel building) to house and
preserve the archives and artifacts from the Towns of Cato, Ira, Victory, Conquest and the
Villages of Cato and Meridian; and installation of a new septic system with leachfield,
located in the adjacent area of DEC Wetland C-41. The facility will be the Civic Heritage
Historical Society, located on South Street (Rte. 34) in the Village of Cato, Cayuga
County.
