and plant vegetation in two existing cleared areas. NYSDEC regulated freshwater
wetland # SA-40 is located on the parcel. The parcel is also on Mud Creek, which is
considered NYSDEC regulated tidal wetlands. Clearing is proposed within 90 feet of the
freshwater wetland boundary and the driveway is proposed within 75 feet of the

construct a single family dwelling, septic system surrounded by
a retaining wall, well, driveway, shed, dry wells, outdoor shower and fencing on a parcel
which is partially within the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland #SO-29 and Freshwater
Wetland #SO-30. As proposed, the house, well and driveway will be 75 feet, 52 feet and
72 feet respectively from the wetland boundary of FWW #SO-29 with clearing, grading
and ground disturbance within 60 feet of the wetland. The septic system, retaining wall
and fence will be 120 feet, 102 feet and 80 feet respectively from the wetland boundary of
FWW #SO-30 with clearing, grading and ground disturbance within 80 feet of the
wetland. The site is located at 2715 Henry's Lane, Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County (S.C.T.M. #1000-74-1-44.5).
