The applicant proposes the installation of a new 20" x 10" diameter water supply well which will have a capacity of 1,300 GPM.  The proposed well will be approximately 690 feet deep and will be located at the Belle Terre Road well field, Port Jefferson, Town of Brookhaven.

The applicant proposes to construct a two story single family dwelling on pilings, porch, sanitary system, garage, pervious driveway and public water service.  A portion of the dwelling, garage and the driveway are within the 100 foot adjacent area of regulated freshwater wetland M-20.  The project is located on the east side of Lincoln Drive 100 feet south of Park Drive, Mastic Beach, Brookhaven Town, SCTM #'s 200-980.70-8-38,45,46.

The applicant proposes to demolish an existing single family dwelling and two existing sheds, remove an existing stone driveway; construct a new single family dwelling, swimming pool and patio; install a new pervious driveway; install a new septic system and plant vegetation in two existing cleared areas.  NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland # SA-40 is located on the parcel. The parcel is also on Mud Creek, which is considered NYSDEC regulated tidal wetlands.  Clearing is proposed within 90 feet of the freshwater wetland boundary and the driveway is proposed within 75 feet of the freshwater wetland boundary.  The project is located at 48 Crescent Avenue, Water Mill, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, SCTM # 900-115-1-4.3.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, septic system surrounded by a retaining wall, well, driveway, shed, dry wells, outdoor shower and fencing on a parcel which is partially within the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland #SO-29 and Freshwater Wetland #SO-30.  As proposed, the house, well and driveway will be 75 feet, 52 feet and 72 feet respectively from the wetland boundary of FWW #SO-29 with clearing, grading and ground disturbance within 60 feet of the wetland.  The septic system, retaining wall and fence will be 120 feet, 102 feet and 80 feet respectively from the wetland boundary of FWW #SO-30 with clearing, grading and ground disturbance within 80 feet of the wetland.  The site is located at 2715 Henry's Lane, Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk County (S.C.T.M. #1000-74-1-44.5).
