mine 2.8 acres of sand and gravel from an 11.4 acre life of
mine on a 50.4 acre parcel owned by the applicant. The site is located 2,000' northwest of
Murphy Road, 2,500' southwest of the intersection of Murphy Road and Basely Road,
three miles south of the Village of Lisbon. To access the mine site, a 300' long x 20' wide
x 3' high roadway, supported on a filter fabric base, would be constructed across regulated
freshwater wetland LI-5, a 6144 acre Class II wetland, consisting of wet meadow and
shrub swamp at the proposed crossing site.
