of two new groundwater wells (taking up to 216,000 gallons per day) and replacement of

adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland SY-11 (class II). The facility is located to the south
of NYS Route 32, directly west of Mennen Road, Town of Saratoga.

The applicant proposes to
construct an in-stream sediment basin of approximately 52 feet
long by 22 feet wide for the purposes of intercepting and accumulating the Huddle Brook
sediment load before it enters Lake George. As necessary, the basin will be evacuated of
captured sediment by means of an excavator which will access the area at a single point
on the south side. Application materials are available for public review and comment at
the NYS DEC Regional Sub-Office in Warrensburg.
