The applicant proposes to
construct a three-story one-family house including driveway,
walkway and inground pool. The applicant also proposes to construct curbs and
sidewalks on Nugent Street and Lawn Avenue. The project site is located within the
adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-3 (Richmond
Creek). A 10 foot wide vegetated area of no land alteration is proposed to be established
along the north property line. Pool wastewater will be discharged to existing sanitary
sewer line and stormwater runoff will be contained in drywells. The project site is located
at the intersection of Nugent Street and Lawn Avenue, Staten Island, Block 2249 - Lot 1.
