ENB Region 2 Completed Applications 08/31/2005

The applicant proposes to construct a three-story one-family house including driveway, walkway  and inground pool. The applicant also proposes to construct curbs and sidewalks on Nugent Street and Lawn Avenue. The project site is located within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-3 (Richmond Creek). A 10 foot wide vegetated area of no land alteration is proposed to be established along the north property line. Pool wastewater will be discharged to existing sanitary sewer line and stormwater runoff will be contained in drywells. The project site is located at the intersection of Nugent Street and Lawn Avenue, Staten Island, Block 2249 - Lot 1.

The applicant proposes to construct a two-family house including deck and drywells within the adjacent area of  NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-7 (South Beach). The applicant also proposes to establish a 15 foot by 40 foot vegetated deed restricted area of no land alteration at the rear of the lot between the wetland and the developed area. The project site is located at 88 Pearsall Street, Staten Island, Block 3417 - Lot 146.
