The applicant proposes to
construct 68,800 linear feet of water main in the Town of
Vienna. The main will be constructed along portions of RT 49, Old State Route 49, RT
13, RT 54A, Yager, Powell, Kimball, McConnellsville, and Dixon Roads. The main will
cross three regulated tributaries Ont 66-11-P26-24-20, 19, and 19-1. The project will be in
the regulated adjacent area of, or directly impact Freshwater Wetlands SB-3, SB-4, SB-5,
SB-8, SB-14, SB-15 CE-42, and CE-58. The actual direct impact to DEC regulated
wetlands is just over .25 acre. The disturbance will be temporary in nature.
