Project Description:
The applicant proposes to excavate accumulated shale deposits in Mill Creek on County Route 29 (West Road) to protect the highway bridge.  The site is located approximately one mile north of West Martinsburg.  Deposits extend from beneath the bridge to a distance of 400' upstream.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency:
None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct 68,800 linear feet of water main in the Town of Vienna. The main will be constructed along portions of RT 49, Old State Route 49, RT 13, RT 54A, Yager, Powell, Kimball, McConnellsville, and Dixon Roads. The main will cross three regulated tributaries Ont 66-11-P26-24-20, 19, and 19-1. The project will be in the regulated adjacent area of, or directly impact Freshwater  Wetlands SB-3, SB-4, SB-5, SB-8, SB-14, SB-15 CE-42, and CE-58. The actual direct impact to DEC regulated wetlands is just over .25 acre. The disturbance will be temporary in nature.
